I love walking in Snowdon. Have just been looking at your site in search of other people's ratings of difficulty of the various paths.
I first did the Watkin path in summer of 1998 and have been going every year since.
Last Sunday, 5/2/06, myself and a friend, also named Dave walked the Rhyd Ddu in a personal best of 1hr 40mins for the ascent and 1hr 25mins for the descent...........We were pushing ourselves though, this was no "Sunday stroll" !!
We, particularly me, were very pleased with this time.
Anyway, I've taken many photos during my walks in the past, but only recently started having my 35mm shots put on a CD rom when they are being developed.
So, these were taken on the Rhyd Ddu path on the last May Bank Holiday of last year, 2005. I have other shots, but not on CD.
